I have my favorite cookie recipe (very similar with an addition of dried tart cherries, which normally I wouldn't like but it is the best. I will be posting next week...you need to check it out...they are amazing. Do you ever freeze these? I slightly underbake mine and then freeze them. They are even better frozen.
