		<description>tarragon is seriously one of the happiest herbs on earth. i love it.  it reminds me of spring and i can&#039;t wait till my plant is in full bloom.  i love this dish... LOVE it. soooo stealing this idea to go on the side of some bbq this summer. i bet you it tastes amazing cold.</description>
