One of my mother's favorite soups is tomato and garlic! I can't wait to try your recipe, because it looks absolutely amazing! I like to just roast garlic and eat it for a meal.. and the smell stays in the house for a week at least. (Might be a downfall...depends on who you talk to, haha)

Hi! I've been reading your blog for months, and it always makes my mouth water. I love the way you write and your recipes and photography are stunning. This was the first recipe I felt comfortable trying (I'm fairly new to cooking more than ramen and hot dogs, and I don't have a lot of time on my hands). It was FANTASTIC! I made it for family over the holiday and it was so easy and delicious I whipped up a pot for me to eat for lunch at work all week. Thanks so much :)

So, I made this, and I have to say: Thank you! The recipe turned out really great, and gave me something to do with my tomato harvest. All of our dinner guests loved it, too.

I don't know how you make the soup--since I would scarf down all those lovely roasted tomatoes before they ever got turned into the stuff.
