Oh, gosh this looks divine. I know what you mean about being on vacation, but I’m studying abroad in Spain for the semester and desperately miss cooking! My list of recipes to try this summer is growing dangerously long, and this is certainly going on it. On the other hand, Spain has revealed to me the glory of saffron. Paella just would not be the same without it!
